Isabelle WACHSMUTH

Isabelle WACHSMUTH, MSc, MPH is an expert in multi-sectoral institutional and human capacity building with 20 years of experience in an international network promoting and implementing knowledge management and collaborative intelligent solutions in both high and low-income countries. She was the Director of international advanced technology projects in the private sector. Currently, she is in charge of a new innovative initiative for the General Director of WHO, Art Impact For Health.

Previously she was project manager for Service Delivery and Safety Department at WHO Headquarters to address emerging Issues like palliative care, genomic, Integrated People Centered Health Services, Community engagement, a collaboration between traditional, alternative and complementary medicine and conventional medicine and quality Universal Health Coverage (QUHC) in the perspective to strengthen health system and services.

Before she was communication and project manager for EVIPNet (Evidence Informed Policy Network) at the Knowledge Ethics and Research Department at WHO Headquarter for 7 years, designing and bringing to life its social network for helping policy-makers to make better decisions based on evidence and to establish sustainable partnerships and collaboration with others stakeholders. She has worked with the implementation of knowledge management and e-learning platforms for others projects in WHO and previously Vivendi Universal.

She had also worked for UN Economic Commissions on public-private partnerships solutions.
